Its really bittersweet to be leaving....as I have said before. But the Hubs and I did meet here so it really feels different. Fort Riley is where it all began. One day we will come back for a visit with our kids.
After dinner we saw This Means War with, Reese Witherspoon, Chris Pine and Tom Hardy. It also had Chelsea Handler in it which you know ment it was FUNNY.
Its about CIA spys fighting over a girl, it actually was pretty hilarious. Starting out it wasnt funny and I thought it was going to be a dumb movie...but it seriously got way funnier!!
Tonight we're watching my friends kids so they can go have a date night. Since we're their normal babysitters they dont know when they get a date night again, and they also just found out they are PCS'ing to Fort Polk. In a way that made me feel better knowing everyone is leaving, so even though I am the first to leave, all my friends are leaving too.

Date nights are always very much needed. When J and I were living in NY we made it a weekly thing to have date night every Thurs. Then we PCS'd and haven't really had much of Those. It's rare when we do. It makes you appreciate the time you have with your hubby.
I know how you feel about PCS'ing. My Realtor comes today, J and I have been disagreeing lately about how things will go. Around times like these it's stressful. We also found out some of our closest friends are PCS'ing too. [sigh] Makes you wonder if you'll ever see those people again. Kind of heartbreaking.
I haven't been a follower for too long, Where are you guys headed?
