Well the good thing is next time you'll be even more prepared! With me and my weak bladder (thanks to Charlotte and the new baby) it doesn't matter if I go before. I have to watch my intake or I'll be in trouble! Especially if I sneeze! I should really do my kegels like the dr said :)
YAY!!! Yes the right shoes make a huge difference!!! And I will pee my pants doing jumping jacks now ever since I had Ruthie :( I've learned to pee before any workout! KEEP IT UP!
